The Order of Friars Minor Conventual is a Catholic Religious Order founded by St. Francis of Assisi on April 16th 1209, whose rule was approved by Pope Honorius on November 29th 1223. 

The Anthonian Association is a Corporation governed by a Board of Directors that consists of primarily Conventual Franciscan friars from the Basilica of St Anthony in Padua, Italy and the four Provinces in the United States.
